Second, once I had been checked out, it took a substantial amount of time for my car to be delivered to me. Seems like customer service has taken a huge turn for the worse with the new building and decentralized service area. Unfortunately, I will likely look at other area dealers for service where it's not so complicated. More

Always a good experience here whenever I come in for an oil change. Fast service and free popcorn. Topping off with a car wash is great except for this last time.
