This was my first time using Walser Toyota Service. The facilities are nice, the people friendly, and the work done addressed my concerns. Ok, nothing special, slow service. Ridiculous pricing for requested work by longtime customer. No car wash given or offered when 5+ vehicles next to me received one. Thought my brakes were grinding, but turns out I neeeded a new transmission. I bought my car at walser and purchased a lifetime wrap policy w my car. Even though it has 145k miles, the tech worked with the a new transmission. I bought my car at walser and purchased a lifetime wrap policy w my car. Even though it has 145k miles, the tech worked with the service plan administrator to cover my transmission and transfer case replacement and a new axle. Really grateful for the help and that I was able to purchase such a great plan when I bought my car from walser. More

Year after year, Walser Toyota has provided exceptional service. This visit was no exception. Their new building is up and running. It is incredible! Very spacious and welcoming. Everything including the service department and the "new car lot" is now inside. I often walk to the nearby Denny's to have a meal while my car is being serviced. With the exception of a short distance between buildings, that entire walk is now sheltered from the weather. As usual, I scheduled the appointment online. When I arrived, a staff member directed me where to park, then within two minutes I was greeted by staff from the service desk. Tyler was a pleasure to talk with. He was exceptionally skilled and extremely helpful. The work was completed well ahead of schedule. Thankyou! More
