This complaint is to Steve, service manager and his manager. I thought I went to exports who knows the car well. I guess not. Very not happy with service that I got from you. You didn’t fix my car but manager. I thought I went to exports who knows the car well. I guess not. Very not happy with service that I got from you. You didn’t fix my car but still charged me. It is not fair!!! It didn’t even last a hour!!! Steve told me he is going to charge me more maybe $2000 just to diagnose it. I felt robbed by you guys. When I asked his manager I guess he is the main BOSS. I couldn’t talk to any other person. Wow… He didn’t even apologize the work he have done to me. Please me more human being little … More

I purchased a new vehicle from Walser and they will not help with a serious interior defect. The dealership did nothing to help coordinate problem solving the issue with Toyota corporate. You will be left on your own to navigate even safety issues. I recommend buying elsewhere. More
I have an intermittently working radio and a lifetime warranty. The problem is, since the issue is intermittent, I can't guarantee it will be "acting up" when they do the diagnosis, which costs $100. S warranty. The problem is, since the issue is intermittent, I can't guarantee it will be "acting up" when they do the diagnosis, which costs $100. So I can't take advantage of the warranty I paid for unless I risk $100 on a diagnosis that may or many not identify the problem. No attempt was made to work with me on this. The gist of what I was told was pay up or wait until it's completely dysfunctional. (Though the message was relayed more kindly and tactfully than that). When you charge exceptionally high prices, you should offer exceptionally good service. This wasn't that. To be clear, my sales department rep was professional, kind, and did great. I don't blame him one bit. He relayed the same message as someone else I spoke to about it earlier on the phone. This a managerial/ policy decision. More
We've had great experiences working with Walser for three cars over the past ten years! We were very happy to find an AWD Sienna that meets our needs. (Originally we had also considered the Highlander; we re cars over the past ten years! We were very happy to find an AWD Sienna that meets our needs. (Originally we had also considered the Highlander; we realized we still need the passenger and storage capacity that the Sienna offers). This past time was good – the thing that brings it to four stars from five is the focus on the "add-ons", from tire protection to rust protection and extended warranty. We also realize that these are incentives that the sales people have to go through; it seemed there was more of a focus on this now than in the past. We opted out of all of these (we have bought extended warranties in the past, but for this vehicle, it would have been only for another 36k). A lot of time was spent explaining the add-ons, and it was forgotten that we actually did want to add-on a tow package, which could have been included in our financing given our down payment. We ended up adding the tow package at our local small shop, so that worked out just as well. Based on this past experience, it seems like the add-ons have become a larger part of the sales model now than in previous years. More
