The experience was ok, there was some mid steps along the way, first contact said the truck had 50,000 miles and actually had 59,000, scheduled an appointment, showed up and truck was gone to recondition the way, first contact said the truck had 50,000 miles and actually had 59,000, scheduled an appointment, showed up and truck was gone to reconditioning, manager gave a trade quote $9650 at that time and said would possibly go to $10,000, when I came back once truck was done, trade went down to $9500, and the “Pulse” got added for another $400 could have removed. Never asked if I wanted added. Not big dollars but just didn’t leave me with great impression More

They were rude about "maintenance updates" like Four wheel drive fluid replacement and the cost for all was significantly higher than where I normally go. They offered drop off and pick up but were slow wheel drive fluid replacement and the cost for all was significantly higher than where I normally go.
