When I got there they tried to sell me on $900 worth of services though I requested an oil change and a tire rotation (the price for this service had risen to $130, it was $70 before they built their $30m services though I requested an oil change and a tire rotation (the price for this service had risen to $130, it was $70 before they built their $30m building). I had the other $770 done for $200 somewhere else. This dealer quoted 1 hour for an oil change and tire rotation. They finished in an hour and 20 minutes but I didn’t get out of there until 2 hours. I watched them park it and take the file back into the garage area but didn’t call me up to the desk. I waited patiently until 1:50 minutes and then went up to ask about my car. The manager treated me like I did something wrong. After I started complaining he just gave me my keys and said, “take your car”. I said, “how much is it? He answered, “It’s free”. I couldn’t take the service for free, I was only looking for an apology. All the manager should have said was, “We are very sorry to keep you waiting, is there anything I can do to make up for it?” I would have accepted the apology and maybe a discount on future service, but to just give me the keys and say “take your car” is horrible customer service.
