Jason Colbert was a great service rep. I went in for 5000mile service, and I informed Jason that the wireless charger was not working as it should. I was very disappointed in your service department sign up and service I experienced. The phone tree and switching to various people to set up an appointment takes way too long when one person should be ab up and service I experienced. Once I brought my van in for service, and although I brought it in 25 minutes early, and I was told the service would most likely take less than one hour, I waited one hour and 20 minutes before getting my van. And then, only because I went out and asked the service tech about my van. He said it had been done for a while, but he got busy/distracted. There were plenty of people standing around who could have come out to the waiting area and told me the van was ready. Another issue was that In addition to an oil change I requested a tire rotation. When I picked up the van the rotation had not been done because they said the tread wear was too much for them to rotate the tires. So, if they didn't rotate the tires, it seems to me the wait time for my van to be done should not have taken so long, and it someone's fault I waited extra time to pick up my van. More

I had the worst service experience on Friday 09/20/24 as I waited too long in order to finish maintenance and process my payment and even I showed my coupon to apply it but they never did and I couldn’t fin I waited too long in order to finish maintenance and process my payment and even I showed my coupon to apply it but they never did and I couldn’t find my car after the service is done as they parked it inside while the guy that helped me said my car parked outside! I don’t want to do maintenance at walser again! More
I'm confused by what I heard on the video in regard to the inspection of the tires, brakes, and other items on the vehicle. I was told that being that the car is 9 years old I should start thinking about the inspection of the tires, brakes, and other items on the vehicle. I was told that being that the car is 9 years old I should start thinking about replacing the spark plugs. This is why I'm confused as I had the plugs replaced at Walser in November 2021 when the car had 62450 miles on it. I'm thinking that the tech should have known this or had access to my records for this info. Other than that, the service visit was fine. Loved the new facility, very comfortable! Service advisor Marc Potter kept me informed and explained everything very clearly to me. More
