Has a tire rotation. All four wheels had loose lug nuts. Drive home in traffic on the freeway when I felt the vibration. Scared shi@tless. Stood around for a solid 15 minutes waiting to pick up my car. No one acknowledged me, despite most employees sitting around doing nothing. I said “excuse me” to Marc, who just looked at me, and when I asked car. No one acknowledged me, despite most employees sitting around doing nothing. I said “excuse me” to Marc, who just looked at me, and when I asked if I was in the right spot or even in line at all, he just said “yeah” and didn’t even ask if he could help. I bought my last two cars at Walser Toyota, and haven’t brought them ANYWHERE else for service. That all changed yesterday. Never again will I visit this dealer for anything whatsoever. More
