I stood at my car for several minutes while none of the 15 service center employees were available to check me in. Then was told to move my car, which in previous visits to this dealership was done by an e 15 service center employees were available to check me in. When I was finally checked in the person checking me in was so nice, otherwise this ranking would have been quite a bit lower. A bit frustrated that my car with only 35k miles is already "needing" extras _ new tires, air filters, etc. I have loved Toyota for providing a quality car that lasts. Wonder what it will "need" at 100k? Will likely try another dealership to see if I actually need all the products/services proposed. More
I had an appointment for 2 p. m. I drove in to find a number of people (3?) standing at the front of the new service area. All of them acted like I was invisible. Then, when I got m. Then, when I got out of my car and looked around, trying to make eye contact with somebody, I was told they were all busy and it would be a while. And they continued to stand around. Eye contact was mostly avoided unless somebody had to walk right past me....at that point they told me they were busy. It was weird and unpleasant. When I finally got checked in by somebody, he was perfectly nice; I have no complaints about him. More

Our sales rep, Michael Ryan was friendly, honest and patient. Sales manager was great too. Great experience with zero high pressure sales tactics used. Dealership has positive vibe.
