Kamryn saved the day. I called Walser to inquire about inventory and was told there was none to test drive. I explained that I had never seen the model I was interested i I called Walser to inquire about inventory and was told there was none to test drive. I explained that I had never seen the model I was interested in. I asked why the website indicated there were vehicles in stock, I was told they were spoken for. I asked if could SEE one. By this time the Walser representative was upset with me; I asked if she was suggesting I call/visit another dealer. She responded, "YES, Go to a another dealer". I replied "WOW I have never heard this from ANY retailer in my life". She hung up. My first Walser experience in over 30 years - 0 STARS. I stewed for a time. I decided to reach out to Walser via the website inquiry form. Kamryn was the sales person that replied. I relayed my phone experience and she was so sweet and apologetic for her RUDE colleague. She asked me to consider a visit, that I certainly could SEE and even SIT in a "RESERVED" vehicle. I did visit and Kamryn was exceptional, as was the vehicle. Walser did not have any of these vehicles to test drive or purchase but Kamryn said she would keep in touch. Later she texted and even sent a video of herself summarizing our meeting. I scoured all Toyota dealerships within 150 miles of the Twin Cites, found one to test drive. I ultimately found and purchased my vehicle from Rochester Toyota. I let Kamryn know and she was genuinely happy for me. As I stated above, Walser also has 0 STAR phone representative, but also has Kamryn. She gets 5 STARs from me. She is a real GEM. More
The good: they got me in quickly for repair and were reasonably communicative and within acceptable time frames. The bad: they quoted me complete replacement of the exhaust system for several thousan reasonably communicative and within acceptable time frames. The bad: they quoted me complete replacement of the exhaust system for several thousand dollars, which is more than my old Toyota is worth. When I responded in shock, they rattled off additional repairs that were recommended including a cabin air filter which was just changed a month ago during an oil change. I ended up paying the $200 something diagnostic charge—which I was originally quoted $99–to pick up my car and take it elsewhere. $107 at another shop for a patch of a gasket and a clean bill of health on the rest of my exhaust system, and I am a happy camper and $2,400+ richer. I thought it would be best taking my Toyota to the dealer for original parts, etc. but have now found out that is a stupid idea. Walser tried to nickel and dime me to death and in doing so they have lost a potential customer when it is time for me to get a new car. More

Good service as usual, except that some of the electronics reset when a new battery was purchased and put into the car. Electric windows and locks would not work until I drove the car around for a electronics reset when a new battery was purchased and put into the car. I noticed that neither window (2 door car) would go up or down at the post office when I tried to mail a letter. Car electronics OK now. The maintenance video is an excellent feature of the service. Walser Toyota ALWAYS does a great job when it comes to service of both my Toyota Vehicles. In this case it was a routine oil change, tire rotation, and differential fluid change for my 2018 Toyota Highla service of both my Toyota Vehicles. In this case it was a routine oil change, tire rotation, and differential fluid change for my 2018 Toyota Highlander XLE. Jesse Duvall was my Service Advisor and he was courteous, professional, and the work was accomplished in about two hours. The Multi-Point Inspection revealed no other problems or issues, so no additional work or charges were warranted. Thanks! More
