It was my first time there and they were very friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area is very nice and clean. I had new tires installed on my car. The tires are dirty and the rims have bead sealer or goop on them. I feel it wouldn’t have taken too much time and effort to make them look better. Another Toyota dealer in the Mpls Metro included touch-up paint with my last used car purchase. I was hoping Walser Toyota would do the same. The salesman I’m dealing with said no.
