Just a routine oil change, but it was quick, and very easy in the new service bay. All the times I've had my Corolla serviced before I have had a video of the work being performed. Not THIS time. There were other things listed in the Official Toyota Maintenance manual but all that was don had a video of the work being performed. Not THIS time. There were other things listed in the Official Toyota Maintenance manual but all that was done was a tire rotation. I'm a little disappointed the Toyota recommendations weren't followed. More

Mike was great to work with! However, this was my second visit in as many weeks and I found myself waiting endlessly for service. Second, once I had been checked out, it took a substantial amount of time for my car to be delivered to me. Seems like customer service has taken a huge turn for the worse with the new building and decentralized service area. Unfortunately, I will likely look at other area dealers for service where it's not so complicated. More
