Walser Toyota is a great service organization. Walser did a great job fixing the recalls on both of my 2009 Camry XLEs and they are running in tip top shape. This is our second car purchased through Walser Toyota. The first was back in 2005 and now in 2010 we purchased a 2011 Camry Hybrid. Both times the trade-in experience could not have been better. Friendly, professional and he listens to his customers. His manager and the finance manager also are first rate. No hassles, straight-forward. We did a pre-paid 3-yr lease as we are trying out a hybrid for the first time and did not want to own until we checked it out. Also, much will change over the next 3 years and we are looking forward to the introduction of plug-in hybrid vehicles. A hybrid RAV-4 is on our wish list. Could use the extra hauling space for the grandkids and their hockey/baseball gear, but we don't need a big SUV. Once the sale is over with, lets face it we spend most of our time interfacing with the Service Department. If that experience is bad the whole thing goes south. Walser Toyota's service personnel have been at the top of their game. We've had five years of great service, but then all our former car ever needed was the regular service and a set of new tires. The quality of that car was the best we've ever had. The new Camry Hybrid appears to be even better. Tighter fit and finish, little to no road noise, more leg room, great XM radio/CD system and most important - great gas mileage. 39.1 MPG on the first tank. Plus we enjoy the Walser Rewards program - car washes, free oil changes, etc. Great job everyone! More

I have worked in the car business for 5 years prior to my shopping experience. Walser Toyota was one of the few places I had stopped in my jsearch. After being in the business I was expecting the worse but shopping experience. Walser Toyota was one of the few places I had stopped in my jsearch. After being in the business I was expecting the worse but I was shocked by the warm greeting Ryan and John had given me as soon as I walked in the door. Never once was never hassled or pressured at any point. I was a very picky customer and it took me a number of visits before I finally settled on my amazing highlander. I know Ryan and John notgh went thru countless hours trying to find the vehicle I would love and I thank them both for taking the time. Larry was my finance manager and I have never met someone on finance like him. After telling him I had a 2 year old and wanted to feel safe and taken care of he guided me down the right path. Once again I was never pressured or pushed into anything. Purchasing my vehicle from Walser Toyota was the best experience I have ever had in the car business, like I said I have worked on the industry and seen it all. I will continue to purchase my future vehicles from the boys at walser Toyota. I I would hope that whoever takes the time to read theses reviews will know when they have amazing employees and good on to them as long as they can.
