I had an appointment to meet with a sales person we have worked with many times for the purpose of buying out our lease. He was busy with another customer and we were told he'd be with us in 10 minutes. F worked with many times for the purpose of buying out our lease. He was busy with another customer and we were told he'd be with us in 10 minutes. Forty-five minutes later, we had still not been helped and, after I mentioned this at the front desk, another person was assigned to us. After 10 minutes with him, he had to leave for another customer. We finally met with someone who was able to help us. We accomplished our mission but this was very unlike the customer service we have experienced at Walser in the past (25+ years as a customer) More
The 2 star rating is not about the workmanship; rather the exponentially high labor cost charged by Walser to its loyal customers. $150 for draining and refilling the coolant, cannot be justified.
