GREAT service and while you DO get what you pay for, the cost was still just way too high. I only chose to do the battery replacement at Walser in the end because the logistics of getting it replaced elsew cost was still just way too high. Though doing the battery change at Valvoline would have saved me 150 dollars based on the original quote I got there. More
Didn’t fix the back up camera because the technician said they had to disconnect the battery for 45 minutes. The technician had my truck for over four hours part of which was to change the oil. He should’ve they had to disconnect the battery for 45 minutes. The technician had my truck for over four hours part of which was to change the oil. He should’ve just disconnected the battery while changing the oil to fix The back up camera issue. I had an appointment at 9 AM and didn’t leave until 1230. A software update should take a maximum of 30 minutes and an oil change should take a maximum of 45 minutes. I believe it should take less but 45 minutes as a maximum. More
