Actually buying the car was quick and painless and I even got a good enough deal to fit an extended warranty into my budget. I would strongly recommend, especially female buyers, ask to work with Megan when shopping at Walser Toyota. I wouldn't have spent my hard earned money there if I hadn't felt so comfortable with her. I did take my new car to a trusted mechanic and found out that my spark plugs needed to be replaced immediately even though they were marked as acceptable by the dealership service department. I also just replaced the original battery, which I was told had been done by the service department prior to buying the vehicle. I would suggest getting a second opinion on the condition of any used vehicle from Walser Toyota. I was disappointed with having to immediately make repairs I was told had been recently completed. I'm just glad they weren't major and guess that buying any used car comes with a certain amount of risk. More

I needed a new car fast as I was moving to North Dakota and my old 91 ford taurus was not going to cut it there. I had been to other dealers who were not helpful. When she realized I just graduated law school (and she was a former lawyer) she told me about the $1K new grad bonus. this got me the car I wanted at an ubelievable price. While I was unsure if I wanted to go with a Toyota Rav4, Megan helped me look through some of the other Walser options from their various dealerships. Given the pricing and the new grad bonus, Megan was able to get me an amazing deal and got me into the car I wanted. She did not try to sell me hard, but allowed me to explore options as this was my first car. I appreciated that a lot. She was willing to get me the car I watned, ieven if ti was not a Toyota (Walser has at on of options). In the end, her help was the reason I decided to go with a Toyota Rav 4. The car is great in North Dakota and I would go back to Walser to get my next car. I like the fact that they do not push you hadr, and they made my first car experience a pleasure. More

He is probably the best salesperson at Walser and deserves to be promoted. He certainly knows his information and was able to answer every question we asked. The only thing I didn't like was the length of time it took, but that is just a given when buying a car. More

This was the easiest car-buying process I have ever had. Megan and Mary worked to find me just the Scion I wanted, and I had the exact color and model in less than a week.
