I had originally stopped into Walser Toyota about a month ago to test drive a Toyota 4Runner that I had my eye on, and at that point I was still just shopping around. Bob greeted me at the door and was more than happy to assist me by letting me test drive a vehicle. I felt very comfortable working with him, as there wasn't the typical sales pressure that one would typically expect when visiting a car dealership. He was very laid back, and only offered his business card at the time and asked if he could follow up at a later date to check in with me to see if I would still be in the market for a used vehicle after I was done shopping around. As it turned out, about a month later, Walser had the perfect 4Runner on carsoup at a reasonable price, so I called Bob to start the buying process. He and his associates were quick to confirm that the vehicle was still available, and that it had a couple of options I was looking for. He provided me with a detailed list of information that I needed to bring with me to complete the sale, and had the finance department work out the loan terms right away. When I got to the dealership, the 4runner was waiting for me, freshly washed, so we went and gassed it up, and it was ready to go. I was offered a very fair price for my trade-in, and as a promotion for trading in my vehicle (which happened to be running until the end of May), they gave me a voucher for a free Trek 3700 mountain bike worth over $450! Not only that, but Walser offers 52 free car washes per year, 2 free oil changes, and a $.10/gal discount on gas at SuperAmerica stores. The entire staff was very friendly and I would recommend doing business with Walser Toyota to anyone that is considering purchasing a new or used vehicle. More
I had been looking to trade up my 2006 Toyota Rav4 for a new 2011 Rav 4 and had decided the time was right to buy. Nothing was wrong with my first car, I was just wanting something newer. After doing my research, I decided to start shopping around. The first Toyota dealership I went to had no interest in selling me a car or even being nice to me so out I went. I had heard about Torey over at Walser Honda from my sister who had bought a car from him earlier in the year. Next thing I know Torey was sending me over to Walser Toyota and introduced me to Spike. Spike was lively, fun and truely seemed to love what he does for a living. He made no promises to me, did not try to sell me something I did not want and treated me with respect and kindness. Not only did he put together a great deal for me but, Spike made the whole buying process easy and kind of enjoyable! Now I am driving the exact car I was looking for and because of Spike, I now feel like a part of the Walser family. Thank you Spike! More

ALTHOUGH MY EXPERIENCE WITH OTHER BRANDS HAS BEEN OK I'VE READ AND HEARD ALOT OF GOOD THINGS ABOUT TOYOTA SO I DECIDED TO TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT (NEVER HAD A TOYOTA BEFORE). I called this dealership to see if they could match a price of a vehicle and the 1.9% interest rate. They not only met it, they beat the price by $700. Also, was hoping they could assist as the Mankato Toyota dealership was not placing the right car and price to my needs. I was concerned that I was once again going to be facing what was in the interest for the salesperson and not me. Uchechi was great! He took time to ensure my needs were being met and ensured I understood all of my options. John, the sales manager offered to assist with my children for my wife to come on the test drive. She declined the test drive as this was going to be "my" car for going to work. I was amazed of the genuine offer to help. Uchechi helped my wife get to an urgent work related issue on his computer in order for us to continue with our purchase. It took a lot of stress off of her. Kyle did a great job in helping us with warranty and insurance for the vehicle so we could be confident with our purchase going forward and to take away any future hassles. Uchechi was probably one of the best customer service experiences I have had and hope to purchase from him again on my next vehicle purchase. Awesome experience and completely hassle free, worry free and I am enjoying my new miles per gallon vehicle. More

I have bought 2 cars from spike now and my parents have bought one from him as well. not only does spike make a normally painful experience, out of control fun. he is a groovy dude too!
