Price was better than we expected. These guys wrote the book on customer service. They were knowledgeable about every aspect we covered. Never once did we feel pressured into a sale. The vehicle was so clean you hardly knew it was a 2006. Questions were answered all along the way and what Jake couldn't answer immediately he had gotten an answer for me within 10 minutes. Jason took a test drive of my trade in and when all was said and done I was very surprised at the amount we were given considering the age and condition of the vehicle. I never felt better about a purchase of a vehicle in my life. Zack's sense of humor and willingness to explain what we were signing was refreshing. I have said it before and I will say it again. I have been in sales for many years. Taken many courses and training sessions on sales and service. As far as I'm concerned, shadow these three fellows for a day and you will have had a better education than any university. If Walser developed a University for Sales and Customer Service I would be the first to sign on. What ever these guys are drinking... I want some. Don't change a thing. You're on target already. To anyone considering a new or used vehicle I can only say if you have not at least checked Walser Toyota, you are going to miss an experience that will be far better than you can possibly imagine. Tiffany was helpful in pricing the lease terms of my vehicle over the phone before I stepped foot in the dealership. Liz really knows her products, and was helpful in sorting out which vehicles would give me what I needed first, and then determining how best to get what I wanted on top of that. Pat is her team lead, and when there was a question on the brand new computer system, he was on top of it right away. Good backup for his reps, and very helpful when Liz was called away for a moment. Jason gave my husband and I 3 different financing options to choose from, and gave good explainations of the advantages and disadvantages of each. I am a repeat customer of Walser's because they are up front about pricing and don't push the customer towards a vehicle based on commissions. More

After looking at Jeeps, Huyndai's, GMC's, & Toyota's, we ended up at Walser Toyota & Kenny introduced us to Katie Sanders.(We miss Walser Chev. though!!) Katie is a positive, patient,& upbeat salesperson who worked very hard to satisfy me. This was going to be my first car I didn't have to think about kids to share with & pick just for myself to use!! (Of course, Kenny M. worked hard to meet me at all the Walser dealerships & then this past 2 weeks at Walser Toyota!!) This is "Why" we come back to Walser!!
