I have worked in the car business for 5 years prior to my shopping experience. Walser Toyota was one of the few places I had stopped in my jsearch. After being in the business I was expecting the worse but I was shocked by the warm greeting Ryan and John had given me as soon as I walked in the door. Never once was never hassled or pressured at any point. I was a very picky customer and it took me a number of visits before I finally settled on my amazing highlander. I know Ryan and John notgh went thru countless hours trying to find the vehicle I would love and I thank them both for taking the time. Larry was my finance manager and I have never met someone on finance like him. After telling him I had a 2 year old and wanted to feel safe and taken care of he guided me down the right path. Once again I was never pressured or pushed into anything. Purchasing my vehicle from Walser Toyota was the best experience I have ever had in the car business, like I said I have worked on the industry and seen it all. I will continue to purchase my future vehicles from the boys at walser Toyota. I I would hope that whoever takes the time to read theses reviews will know when they have amazing employees and good on to them as long as they can. Kevin has great work ethic to his work, and he was the only one who stood outside the office under 95 degree heat in the afternoon and greeted to us when we arrived with smile. I came to the dealership for the first time looking at some used cars and for information about leasing options. Upon walking around and looking at some cars, I was approached by John. He was really friendly and asking what I was looking for and what he could help with. I told him I was interested in possibly leasing and what cars I was interested in. He set up a game plan for me right away; test driving and then looking at the numbers. He was really knowledgeable about the cars and didn't make me feel like any of my questions were stupid. The whole time I was with John, the interaction between us and the other sales people was wonderful. Everyone was smiling, joking, and very friendly (not what I expected to find at a dealership; expected it to be very "business-like" and serious). When it came time to look at the numbers, I felt really at ease. John gave me time to look over the paperwork and to see if leasing a car was something I could manage in my budget. I NEVER felt pushed or pressured to buy that day or made to feel like I was just a "sale". When it came time to finalize the paperwork John let me know that he was going to pass me off to Dave, and that while I was doing that he would get my car ready. I never felt like I was being "passed off" to someone else. Working with Dave felt like anything but being "passed off". I received the same friendly attitude as I had with John. Dave made sure to explain everything carefully to me and in a way that I could understand. He made me feel comfortable to ask questions and even provided feedback from his own personal experiences. When it came time to go and get the keys to my car, I really liked that everyone was so happy and excited, saying "congratulations!". It made me feel like they were really happy and shared in my excitement. I am so happy with the service I received that I would tell anyone and everyone to go to Walser Toyota. I couldn't be more happy with my experience and I will be sure to come back and do business again! More

I had a great experience at Walser Toyota. Worked with Michael Parr who provided exemplary service. Had driven 90 miles to visit the dealership to look at a car I saw on their website. Unfortunately, this particular vehicle didn't work out for me, but Mike spent close to 3 hours with me showing other vehicles and answering many questions on my part. He is very knowledgable about Toyota vehicles and has a very pleasant and outgoing personality. When I saw another vehicle on the website two days later I gave Mike a call. This car was a lease return and had just arrived at the dealership. He described the vehicle to me over the phone and had it reconditioned quickly so that by the time I drove to the dealership (1.5 hour drive), the car was looking good. The dealership was closing by the time I arrived but Mike stayed around and made sure all my needs were addressed. I decided to purchase this vehicle and Mike quickly arranged for this process to continue despite the late hour. After the sale, he called to make sure the car was still working out for me and offered his continued support. I would definetely recommend Mike to anyone looking for a new or used Toyota and also would recommend Walser Toyota as a dealership. You know exactly how much you are going to pay for the car up front as they are a one price dealership. Everyone in the facility was very friendly and service oriented. There was never any pressure applied in any shape or form. I am very happy that I drove 90 miles to this dealership. They stock many vehicles and you are bound to find one to your liking!! More

Scott, John, and Adam went above and beyond my expectations. John was very informative, patient, and understanding when it came down to all my questions regarding my purchase. John showed me many different choices, and options that fit my needs and wants. John took his time explaining, and making sure that everything was understood. I never felt rushed, or that I was wasting anyones time. I also was thrown back on how professional, but yet friendly John was during the whole process. John clearly made me feel like my thoughts, concerns, and wants were his priority .. not the actual sale for him. Scott was very friendly, and informative. Scott offered his assistance, and also informed me that he would always be available for any questions or concerns that I had currently or anytime in the future. Scott made sure that before leaving, all my questions or concerns had been answered. Which they had. My final process was with Adam. Adam relieved all the stress I had regarding all the paperwork. Adam clearly informed me of every detail, and every question was answered that I had. The final process was filled with laughter and excitement. Throughout my whole experience, these three guys not only made my experience.. but also put a whole new perspective on car shopping. I had a horriable time on my last car and the dealership is now no longer in business. Getting a new car was a scary thought to me. This is the second time that I have gone to Walser Toyota for a car. The first experience leasing a car was a pleasure and Spike was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We had such a great experience the first time that we went back yesterday to lease a 2011 Sienna Minivan. Once again, Spike was great,,,he listened to our needs and let us have time with no pressure to decide what was best for us. We left the lot with our new van and were satisfied customers.
