The sales manager that handle my perspective sale was very unprofessional. I had questions regarding the pricing policy and instead of asking me to a place with a little more privacy she proceeded to ad very unprofessional. I had questions regarding the pricing policy and instead of asking me to a place with a little more privacy she proceeded to address my questions in the middle of the sales floor with numerous other customers around. When I expressed my opinion of the policy as being not to my liking the sales manager proceeded to tell me that I was welcome to take my business elsewhere. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism displayed as well as the rudeness with which I was addressed. I won't be taking my business to this dealership and I will advise anyone who asks the same. More
Absolutely a wonderful experience!! As a single female that is new to the state, I was totally prepared for the worst case scenario while trading in my Toyota 4Runner. Jason Henricks & Walser Toyota made me feel right at home. He was more than intuitive to my needs with my future purchase. I knew what I was wanting, but just weighing out my options...I was very impressed with his vast knowledge of the Lexus RX 350 and the amount of time he spent out of his valuable schedule to make sure I was more than educated before my purchase. I was nervous about the "No Haggle" policy, but I know now that I could not ever go back to dealing with the regular hassling dealers/dealerships. I have told many people back in Kansas & Oklahoma where I'm from of how impressed I was and still am with this dealership and expressed how worthwhile their trip would be to come and buy a vehicle from Jason at Walser Toyota. I called Walser from NYC where we live. We needed a minivan for our lake house in WI. Via email and phone John Maurer was able to find us exactly the car we wanted, in the color we wanted, at a great minivan for our lake house in WI. Via email and phone John Maurer was able to find us exactly the car we wanted, in the color we wanted, at a great price. He could not have made it any easier. The process was effortless. Finally, when we arrived in Minneapolis, John met us at the airport on a Sunday with our new car. I can't imagine how he could have provided better service. I have bought quite a few cars, and I don't know any dealer or salesperson that has come close to matching this experience. These guys are really tops. More

Walser Toyota is a great service organization. Walser did a great job fixing the recalls on both of my 2009 Camry XLEs and they are running in tip top shape. More importantly, I recently had a challenging issue with my tires and they stepped up again with a fast diagnosis and amazing resolution to the problem. Their resolution to my tire problem was well above and beyond anything I could possibly suggest. A special thanks to Charlie Swenson, Kirsten Nelson, Glenn Sloggy, Jay Gilchrist and Kyle Maas. This is our second car purchased through Walser Toyota. The first was back in 2005 and now in 2010 we purchased a 2011 Camry Hybrid. Both times the trade-in experience could not have been better. Friendly, professional and he listens to his customers. His manager and the finance manager also are first rate. No hassles, straight-forward. We did a pre-paid 3-yr lease as we are trying out a hybrid for the first time and did not want to own until we checked it out. Also, much will change over the next 3 years and we are looking forward to the introduction of plug-in hybrid vehicles. A hybrid RAV-4 is on our wish list. Could use the extra hauling space for the grandkids and their hockey/baseball gear, but we don't need a big SUV. Once the sale is over with, lets face it we spend most of our time interfacing with the Service Department. If that experience is bad the whole thing goes south. Walser Toyota's service personnel have been at the top of their game. We've had five years of great service, but then all our former car ever needed was the regular service and a set of new tires. The quality of that car was the best we've ever had. The new Camry Hybrid appears to be even better. Tighter fit and finish, little to no road noise, more leg room, great XM radio/CD system and most important - great gas mileage. 39.1 MPG on the first tank. Plus we enjoy the Walser Rewards program - car washes, free oil changes, etc. Great job everyone! More
