Spike is GROOVY!!!!!! We had a great expierence at Walser with Spike. The whole transaction went smoothly. We brought our 6 and 8 year old children with us and even though purchasing a new vehicle t Walser with Spike. The whole transaction went smoothly. There was one point when the children were complaining of being hungry and Spike opened up his personal lunch and offered the kids a cheese stick. This was enough to tide them over until we could complete the transaction. I also had a pretty bad headache and asked if anyone had advil or asprin, again "Good ole' Spike" came through, he offered me some alkaselzer of his own. Spike has a great sence of humor and that made the whole Walser expierence very nice. The price was good to market value also. It was nice to have one price no haggling. Thanks Spike! Saw a hard-to-find RAV-4 with a 3rd row on Autotrader.com available at Walser Toyota. My wife called Walser on a Monday morning and was connected with Katie. Once we took the vehicle out, we knew it was right for us and Katie made the process smooooooooooth indeed. It only took a couple of hours but that Monday afternoon we took ownership of a very nice RAV-4. Everyone at Walser was courteous to my wife, mysef and our 2 kids. Neither my wife nor I had ever purchased a car from a dealer before, but the experience was exceptional and we'll recommend Katie and Walser down the road. More
