The service I receive is so fast and I’ve had the opportunity to interact personally with one of your service team a couple of times. His name is Derek, and I hope you appreciate him as much as I do. He’s gone on a couple test drives for an issue with my car and is so so kind, as a matter of fact on the test drive he heard the strange noise around my front tire area and we pulled over and he worked his magic on the tire and it was fixed!! My entire family has Toyotas, we love them!! Thank you from an extremely happy customer!! More

We purchased a used vehicle from Walser Toyota in July 2021. It went through their inspection and reconditioning process prior to sale. Less than 3 months after purchase the drive belts broke, requiring 2021. It went through their inspection and reconditioning process prior to sale. Less than 3 months after purchase the drive belts broke, requiring replacement and almost resulting in more severe damage from overhearing. I would have appreciated a more thorough inspection. There are often signs of age and wear on belts and I feel this was missed by the dealer They were excellent to work with up through the sale. I went in to test drive and Audi Q7. I called and decided to work with Emily P. based on her bio on the website. I bought a 2012 Infiniti from this place within less than a month had issues they are pre-existing issues I took it to a Infiniti dealer and they found out that it it it it it is a pre-existing issue talk wi a month had issues they are pre-existing issues I took it to a Infiniti dealer and they found out that it it it it it is a pre-existing issue talk with the people at this place they questioned me like I wasn't lying to them they didn't trust the Judgment of the other person so they sent me to the ER own place they deal with in the guy came out with the same saying about the issues with the car so it's over $3,000 and he offered to pay me $500 wow both dealers say it is crazy to have that much damage and they not willing to fix it for me I got a paper from them asking me what I recommend family and friends LOL absolutely not I believe they are unfair to customer's More
