They have a system of customer service and maintenance that works. Spike is the best....knowledge and customer service and sense of humor are the best! Several times I've just stopped in at the dealership for a question and received prompt cheerful answers....just this morning I stopped in to have someone help set up my Blue Tooth on my new Rav 4 and there was no shortage of fellows willing to help me right then...and in no time it was working great! Shopping for a new car is one of my least favorite activities but thanks to Spike and staff I'm happy and smiling in a new vehicle in a couple of hours. Painless....and lots of humor in the process. Spike was very friendly and easy to talk to which made it easy for us to ask him questions. Bob has a very layed back personality. It was fun listening to some of the banter between him and his coworkers. We didn't feel any pressure from him to add extras to our purchase. This was our first visit to the Walser Toyota dealership in Bloomington and it was very good experience. I strongly recommend this dealership and working with Bob, if possible. More

I came here looking to trade my car, I read on here that "Spike" was the guy to see. I walked in and he was the friendly face that greeted me.
