I have been to many car dealerships over the years but never remember having as good an experience as with Walser Toyota, and Bob Spicher. Spike was really great to work with and the rest of the staff was never remember having as good an experience as with Walser Toyota, and Bob Spicher. Spike was really great to work with and the rest of the staff was also very friendly. The GM Tony even spent a few minutes talking with us and is a great guy. The overall experiance I had on trading my car and getting an used one was really good. Tiffany was great to work with. There was an extra wait time for the finance department due to back log of customers. I guess I was near the end of the line. I decided to buy out my leased car. I talked with someone a few days before and came back with my decision. He was very friendly, component, and respectful of my decision to buy out my car and answered all of my questions and concerns I had. I was then brought over to John Mauer to finance my car and that experience was equally as pleasant. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends. More

Sales person Bronwyn was friendly and did a great job bringing us through the sales process (including cleaning off a few stains from the roof liner of the truck we were buying!). They helped coordinate the transfer and delivery of my truck from MN to TX. It was a good transaction, vehicle arrived and was exactly what I expected and in great condition as described. I walked in with an idea of what would be best for me with financing a used car; turns out I was wrong in a good way and ended up with a Bloomington.
