Helpful and worked well with me, other than misguiding me about a feature of the car. At the end when I was making my final decision and had wanted rain sensing wipers, though was still leaning heavily in th about a feature of the car. At the end when I was making my final decision and had wanted rain sensing wipers, though was still leaning heavily in this car’s direction, the salesperson looked into the car and said “they do have them” and showed me what turned out to be the button for the windshield defrost. I’ve never seen that button, new to Toyota, so believed her and that sealed the deal. I still would have purchased the car, but I really don’t like being lied to. She works at Toyota, no way she didn’t know what that button was. Bummer for me ( I live in PNW making this such a nice feature with our rain), though I still have an auto I’m in love with! She was wonderful in helping me through every single other thing! More
