Absolute horrible experience and will never go back. If I could have bought the same car elsewhere I would have left. Was paying with cash and the sales rep started asking me for my personal information and SS#, so I asked what do you need that for - for a credit application she said. I really had to contain my blood pressure and said absolutely not. She got the manager and he said well you can get a cashier check or wait 10 days to get the car after check has cleared. These options should have been explained first and not just try to lure me into a credit application. Then I was reading the detailed TofC after getting the car and paperwork- absolutely horrible how you think you can just sell and share my personal information!! So glad I didn’t share my SS# and have sent letter to have all my info deleted. Taking advantage of me being in an hurry. Also, online said $100 documentation fee but sales person charged me $200 and $49 expedite fee for title, again taking advantage of me being in a hurry. Extremely insulting experience and will never go back!! Don’t assume everyone out there is scammers or people with bad record or credit. We just moved into our $1.5 mill custom home and this was my 5th car for the garage. More

Adam Heeren, who claimed to be the General Manager but is the Sales Manager, is the most dishonest, despicable, unprofessional employee. He lied to Toyota about the sale of this vehicle in order to falsely i the Sales Manager, is the most dishonest, despicable, unprofessional employee. He lied to Toyota about the sale of this vehicle in order to falsely inflate his quota for allocation purposes. He lied to us about when the van would arrive, refused to honor the agreed delivery date, refused to be flexible even though he was the one who deceived us, then LOST the vehicle for 2 weeks after telling me it had been delivered. Made up garbage excuses for why he lied about the van’s arrival, lied about tracking down the van, and then texted me at 9 a.m. on a Sunday as a blizzard was rolling in to tell me I can come get it at noon. The dealership is closed, so no staff would be available to deliver the car properly, my husband is disabled, and Adam knows this meant we need to coordinate pickup with a friend. When our friend went to pick up the van, it was filthy and missing the 2nd key fob. We will never buy from Toyota again, thanks to Adam. More
