Took our 2022 corolla in for the 25,000 mile service. Told to go back home since we didn't need a tire rotation. The service requested light came on the next week and back we went. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was not greeted promptly. The fees for routine services are grossly inflated. $74 to replace a cabin air filter? Michael was very patient and helpful in letting us test-drive 4 vehicles, we ended up going back and purchasing the first one.
