Waited a year for a Rav4 Prime. Was told a 2 year wait so better than expected. Nice people and a great car but took 2:10 to come and get the car. With an appointment. A friend picked up a Tesla in literally 15 minutes. I bought a car at Poquet in about 30-45 minutes. Need a better system than sign a piece of paper, salesperson disappears for 10 minutes. Then returns to sign another and disappears again for 15 minutes. You need a better, more streamlined buying experience. Patti was great with updates along the way but also part of the 2 hour ordeal to write my check. I'd work with her again if you had a better system. Reggie ran me through the car. He was great. Knew what he was talking about. Offered his cell for any future question. (as did Patti). Overall Great car, good people but poor process. More
