It took 6 months for you to receive a replacement for my stolen catalytic converter but the today’s oil change was done quickly. BUT I am appalled by the cost of $91 for what used to cost about $30! I brought my truck into the service center for a diagnosis on a noise that was coming from the rear differential. The final diagnosis was that the noise was "normal" for some Toyota trucks and that diagnosis on a noise that was coming from the rear differential. The final diagnosis was that the noise was "normal" for some Toyota trucks and that I should "turn the radio up" to avoid the noise. I have a powertrain warranty with Walser, and I feel that this is a direct way to avoid having to take advantage of it. I messaged the service department to further discuss this matter, but did not get a reply. An in-depth explanation of my concern would have been helpful, but that was never completed. More
