Brought in my car for an inspection because the AC wasn’t working. Was diagnosed with leak in condenser. Went to Golden Valley Toyota for repair because that is closer to my home they noted no leak in the co working. Was diagnosed with leak in condenser. Went to Golden Valley Toyota for repair because that is closer to my home they noted no leak in the condenser however leak is from the rear lines. The condenser was still replaced because I had already ordered it. Called walker and spoke to the manager who wasn’t willing to even give me a partial refund of the $200+ I paid for it to be inspected because “the technician did his job and spent time on it”. Ridiculous. More

Did install running boards correctly and refused to fix it. Argued with me and I had to get manager involved. Overall dealership is nice. Previously purchased a vehicle through Walser. This time however was rushed to get us out the door. IE - We were told the car would be detailed prior Previously purchased a vehicle through Walser. This time however was rushed to get us out the door. IE - We were told the car would be detailed prior to taking it home and we let them know it was ok for us to pick it up the next day. Was told they got it detailed same day and it was ready to take home day of sale. Come to find out they didn't even bother to wash it. It was just moved in the parking lot and window stickers removed. Not even the adhesive cleaned off the windows. More
