Checked in my car and carfax said I wasn’t due for an oil change, but they said I was. Whatever, I just did it. I sat in the lobby for 90 minutes waiting, the last 30 I spent looking at my car being parked right outside the door I was sitting by. It was done for 30 minutes before I was checked out. I changed my filters one week before I dropped my car off at the body shop. It was in the shop for 2 weeks. Two weeks later my appointment for tires rotation, they said my filters needed attention. Based on all of this, I don’t trust this dealer to be honest with me. Every time I have come here, including when purchasing my car, everyone has been extremely cold, barely acknowledged my existence, and treated me more like a nuisance. I think I need to stop giving my money to this dealer and shop. More

1- Would have been nice to know of road closure before hand so that I could plan to enter via France Avenue. 2- OK greeting, but no smile, no 'welcome to Toyota' 3- Couldn't figure out what desk to go hand so that I could plan to enter via France Avenue. 2- OK greeting, but no smile, no 'welcome to Toyota' 3- Couldn't figure out what desk to go to. Decidedly unfriendly people at desks 1 and 3 who jerked thumb to point to other end. After going from one end desk to the other, figured out it was empty middle desk. Easy to say middle desk and definitely felt like I was annoying them. 4- Did not want to watch video. Should be option. Couldn't anyone come and talk to me? I was 25 feet away. 5- Must have hit big pothole after car wash. Big muddy splash on side of car. Car wash person didn't care? 6- Absolutely no one smiled. Must be a miserable place to work. 7- Waited to pay, no explanation of services 8- No 'thank you for your business' 9- Did not feel valued or respected as a customer 10- Do not want to single out my tech. Seemed like 'just do my job' attitude pervasive through the service dept. Observed interactions of other employees and seemed the same. 11- Would have complained to service manager, but customer service and attention starts at the top. You can tell a lot about a company from the attitude of its employees. More
Not much to say. showed us the two cars we were interest in and never showed us any bells and whistles. We are still trying to figure them out. He was friendly and no pressure, just no excitement either. Could not believe when buying a car we don't get two sets of keys. Was told we could order another set for about $250. Ugh! More
