I'm rather dissatisfied with my recent experience here. While I brought my car in for an oil change, I had also scheduled a headlight replacement. However, upon check-in, I informed the customer service specialist to disregard the headlight replacement as my headlight had stopped flickering and was functioning perfectly. Upon picking up my vehicle after the oil change, I was informed that my headlight was out again and that not only the bulb but the entire panel needed replacing. Additionally, my lower fog light ceased working during the appointment. The sudden occurrence of these issues feels suspicious and coincidental, given that everything was in working order prior to bringing my car to the dealership. Now, I'm left with multiple repairs that need immediate attention, which were not necessary before. More

I was told I probably should get new tires even though the tires I had were relatively new, it’s not the first time they suggested I purchase something when that item was recently purchased from them. According to my husband, I swapped out a perfectly good battery At their suggestion. Also, I spent over $300 at the dealership. I felt the least they could do was wash my car. It was 42°. More
