Professional staff who were able to quickly identify the issue we were having with our air conditioning system, order the parts, and have our vehicle back to us within a day, ahead of the orignal estimated issue we were having with our air conditioning system, order the parts, and have our vehicle back to us within a day, ahead of the orignal estimated time. It would be a good idea if Walser tells customers before they come about the construction and what roads are closed, it would save a lot of time and frustration. I needed more than the agreed upon service and I authorized the extra service, but they did not get the message and then I had to wait when I got back. Not a big deal but since you ask for authorization and I gave it, it would be helpful if it worked. I did not like getting a message about selling my car when it was in for service. More
