Walster did not do great job changing my oil, as some oil spilled onto my engine and created smoke. On the other hand, Walser responded promptly and fully to my complaint, towed my car back to the dealershi spilled onto my engine and created smoke. The service agent, Emily was very welcoming and helpful. As for the service on my 4Runner, the oil change and tire rotation were all taken care of in a timely manner and they did an amazing job.
