I had a 1:00 pm appointment and it was just after 3:00 when I got out of the dealership. way too much time for a simple oil change, tire rotation, etc. and they didn't even wash my car. I live out of state and emailed the dealership that i was interested in the 2024 I max Toyota tundra truck Limited that they had on their lot. I had emailed back and forth with the sales rep Sandra. This process started on Tuesday 5/28 we talked all day on Tuesday and Wednesday, i told her lest get the paperwork on Thursday and work on a deal. She asked me out of the blue if i had cash or if i was going to finance, which i thought was a little weird at the time. Surprisingly i did not hear from her all-day Thursday. She emailed me on Friday and said she decided to sell it to a local buyer on Thursday night for a cash deal, i guess that Walser is not interested in earning people's business that want to finance.
