Everyone I worked with was kind to me instead of being impatient and/or dismissive, which is rare in my experience as an old lady. I very much appreciate that. I came in for a tire rotation. The inspection showed a bulge on the sidewall of one of the tires, which means I have to replace all 4 tires.
