On Saturday September 18th Josh knew we were coming in to look at a 2011 Camry and he was ready for us.My son had done research and had contacted Josh the day before. I had a 2003 Ford Taurus to trade in. They promtly started my credit check and took the Taurus out for a test drive. I was explained how exactly they came up with the dollar amount for my car. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. I felt I ended up with a terrific deal! Two days prior to this I was not even considering getting a new car. I was impressed by how quickly the entire process took. I never expected to leave with a new car the same day. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Walser Toyota sold my car to another person because I was not eligible to leave a deposit on the car ( I live less than 150 miles away) the person who bought my car lived more than 150 miles away so they wer not eligible to leave a deposit on the car ( I live less than 150 miles away) the person who bought my car lived more than 150 miles away so they were eligible to leave a deposit. I had all paperwork completed other than one signature and picking up the car which I had planned on doing after I got off of work. When I spoke to Walser and several managers about this problem they showed no respect and did nothing to fix the situation (like offer to find me a similar car). They told me if this person did not buy the car in the next 48 hours I could again.... no thank you. Walser has other absurd policies also. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM ANY WALSER DEALER AGAIN. More
I haven't bought a new car in over 15 years and just recently got into looking for an affordable, reliable car. What s surprise I found when I visited Walser Toyota in Bloomington. I seen an advertise recently got into looking for an affordable, reliable car. What s surprise I found when I visited Walser Toyota in Bloomington. I seen an advertisement in the Minneapolis Star Tribune for a special leasing program and went to their website and checked it out and sent a request for more information. Within 30 minutes, Mike Parr called me and left me a message with the information I wanted and we set up an appointment to visit the dealership. Let's just say that it was one of the most enjoyable transavtion I have ever engaged in. The entire staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. They were patient and understanding of my situation. I leased a 2010 Toyota Corolla S and have been enjoying it for the past three days. I went into the Walser Dealership thinking it was more of a dream to try and get the new Camry. John had surprised me with a lower price on the camry than what I had been researching and in the end I came ou a dream to try and get the new Camry. John had surprised me with a lower price on the camry than what I had been researching and in the end I came out with a brand new camry the same day. It has been two weeks since I have had my car, and I am pleased to say I know I can count on John to be very quick to answer any questions I have along the way. Bought a car in May from Spike which was a good experience. Have put on less the 300 miles on the car when the "check engine" light came on. Stopped at the dealership to check and see if they could experience. Have put on less the 300 miles on the car when the "check engine" light came on. Stopped at the dealership to check and see if they could read the fault code and tell me what it was. They could for $119 bucks I was told. Went to talk to the used car sales manager and he said that I should have bought a warranty on the car. I would have thought a quick diagnostic check would have told us that the fuel filter needed to be changed. I found this out at my neighborhood BP station. They charged me $50 total. Don't buy a car from Walser. As much as they stress relationship, it really is about screwing you when they can. More
i purchased an 2003 oldmobile alero 2 weeks ago and absolutly love it. John Maurer was soooooo helpful considering it was my first time purchasing a newer car. i had a few minor things happen such as a absolutly love it.
