Brian was very helpful and put up with our many test drives. When our scheduled changed he even came in during his day off and we appreciated it very much. Zack helped us wrap up our lease and Tom kept the boring paperwork hopping along. We only mentioned a few we dealt with but overall a professional group of people and left with a great car at a great price. More

Tiffany was great to work with. She was extremely friendly and available either in person or by phone. Josh, her manager was also very helpful. The car tire pressure has been checked 3 times so far and the problem still is not resolved. More

This was our first visit to Walser and we will be back - Darren was someone we felt very comfortable with from the moment he introduced himself. Horrible service. Had to bring car in for a very loud noise coming from wheel well. They finally fixed it, after missing it the first two times. When it came time to pay, my credit card unexpected was noise coming from wheel well. They finally fixed it, after missing it the first two times. When it came time to pay, my credit card unexpected was rejected and I had no checkbook. They demanded cash on the spot, which I didn't have and had to get home to meet my child after school. Management showed zero sympathy or understanding and was downright rude. They know who I am, they know where I live, they took my license, they know where to find me. So why not just be willing to wait a day, when payment would be more convenient. Never going there again, and will actively steer fellow Toyota owners away from them. Awful service, with no sense of perspective. More
