I brought my Sequoia in because the rear handle to the hatch broke. I was charged $130 to evaluate that my handle and latch was broken and was given a quote of $679 to fix them. I decided to not have them fix it even though now I was out the eval money. I had someone else do the work and it actually only ended up being the handle was broken and the part was $95. and the work wasn't too bad. I saved WELL over half. My machanic said they wouldn't have had enought time to take the door about and probably just assumed it needed both parts. Do you think they would have taken the other part out when they really found out it wasn't both parts?? I am so dissatisfied with them and I would encourage you to shop around before you have them do work. More

My wife and I bought a car from Mike PARR. WOW! We wanted a hybrid vehicle that we wanted to test drive and demanded to know all of the details that were important to us, not what was important to Walser or the salerep. Mike deliver way beyond our expectations and I knew after a couple of hours that I was going to buy a car from him. The 2010 Prius IV was carefully explained and presented in a manner that was easy to grasp and learn. This was my wife's car to buy and Mike listened to her concerns and responded with just the right information to help her understand the options available. It was a refreshing experience and we LOVE the PRIUS that we slected after driving several other venhicles. The closing was easy on the car and we still keep in touch with MIKE who always is available for any questions. THanks MIKE!! More

I am really surprised on how well the first time "REAL dealership" car-buying experience went for me at Walser Toyota in Bloomington. He was pressure free; very friendly, personable, honest and absolutely wonderful. He was able to find me a really nice car, low miles and a good price! I love my new Toyota!!! I'm more than pleased. I must say that that I have been consistently impressed with the quality of both the product and the sales and service at Walser. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and I have always found that I have gotten a fair value shopping there. As with all large purchases, complexities can arise. I have always found the folks at Walser to be responsive to any of my concerns and to be quick to resolve any issues that are raised. I would happily refer anyone to Walser and I frequently do. More

I just brought a new Toyota Prius from Walser Toyota. The offer was not bad, free ipad, and 750 rebates. The origin price for the car was 24000, with discount lowed to 22000. However, with all the tax and other service charge, the price went up to 27000. Since I am a first buyer, I definitely feel not reasonable. Kind of feeling got cheated. But after their explanation, I had known that the 10 year warranty 1600, and 2000+ tax. Also, I had accepted the environment service such as rust, paint, and interior protection for 799, and clean shield for 299. For the environment service was kind fine for me because I wanted to protect my car for longer period of time. However, there is some sort of confusion, because I thought the rust protection should covers tail pipe which they did not. Also, I had regret for clean shield, because it only covers a small area in front of car and for 300. So far, I am not saying this dealer was bad, I just want share some of my story. If you want to make a good business, you need to be honor to customers; otherwise, this will be your one time deal, and no more. More
We were looking to buy a 2008 all wheel drive Toyota Highlander Limited. We test drove a couple highlanders and found one that we liked. Because we live in northern wisconsin, we needed an all wheel d Highlander Limited. We test drove a couple highlanders and found one that we liked. Because we live in northern wisconsin, we needed an all wheel drive vehicle. When we asked the sales person (Glenn Kroeten) if the vehicle was all wheel drive, he told us that it was. After bringing the Highlder home, we changed the oil about a month after the purchase date. As the oil was being changed, we found out by looking under the vehicle that in fact it was not all wheel drive. We called Walser Toyota and they told us to come back down and we could exchange it for an all wheel drive. Over the phone, they made it sound like we would only have to pay the difference if we were to exchange for a more expensive, all wheel drive, vehicle. Upon arriving at Walser to make the switch, they tried makeing the whole thing like a trade in. They gave 4,000$ less on trade for the 2 wheel drive that we had purchased it for only two months earlyer. We ended up paying over 3,500 dollars to get what we should have gotten the first time, an all wheel drive highlander. The salesperson flat out lied to us only to sell the vehicle. Walser Toyota was the worst car buying expierence we have ever had. Do not trust any sales person from this horrible car delarship. They do nothing but take advantage of the customer. More

Then he called me the next day and said rebates chaged by 1500 dollars and playing games. I think this is a terrible way to treat customer buying a 44,000 msrp truck, I live in northern wisconsin and was trying to work the deal by phone after visitng dealership. I had heard alot of quality things about walser auto, but my deal sucked, I was paying cash for truck. More
