We didn't know what options were available regarding that and Bob helped us to figure out that Walser was interested in buying our Camry from it's lease. This was a huge weight off our shoulders. We then test drove a couple of vehicles and he was very patient with us. We ended up buying an 04 Toyota 4Runner and couldn't be happier. Not a single bit of buyers remorse here. We went to Walser Toyota with the idea of looking at a pre-owned, low mileage Toyota Highlander - and left with a fantastic deal on a brand new 2012 Highlander instead with everything and more that we cou pre-owned, low mileage Toyota Highlander - and left with a fantastic deal on a brand new 2012 Highlander instead with everything and more that we could have hoped for in a car without spending very much over what we had planned. Although we had owned a Highlander for 7 years, we had not purchased that car from Walser so we didn't have a previous relationship with the company. The personnel made us feel right at home, were all wonderful to work with, and did a phenomenal job helping us make the best of our trade-in, down payment and the financing options available to us. We were able to clearly weigh the benefits of the new car over a pre-owned one for our particular situation - and we could not be happier with the purchase. More

Jake worked with us for more than 7 weeks and was available by cell phone even on days off, & gave us lots of personal attention! He was knowledgeable about all makes making it easy to compare features and finally decide we wanted a late model Highlander. Then he diligently looked for the perfect car for us. The day it arrived on their lot he screened it, called us correctly saying it met all criteria, and by 9 p.m. that night we drove it home. This has been the nicest, easiest, most pleasant transaction we have ever had. Liz Sampair listened to what we wanted, and even though we were looking for a Nissan and not a Toyota (she works at Wal transaction we have ever had. Liz Sampair listened to what we wanted, and even though we were looking for a Nissan and not a Toyota (she works at Walser Toyota), it was no problem. Liz NEVER tried to sell us a Toyota. She listened intently and made sure that she was meeting our needs and wants. Any Walser salesperson can go to any other Walser location to find a vehicle. Liz gave us the option of meeting her in Bloomington and driving to Walser Nissan together or just meeting her in Burnsville. We opted to have her meet us in Burnsville at Walser Nissan. We drove several vehicles (Nissan Rogue and Murano). She spent all the time we needed and helped find the perfect vehicle (a burgundy Murano - Nissan calls the color Merlot). She explained the optional add-ons but did not pressure us to buy anything we might not want. Ryan in Burnsville permitted Liz to take the Murano to Bloomington to make completing the paperwork more convenient (we live close to the Bloomington store). Kyle in Bloomington again went over options for remote start, paint protection and extended warranty. He explained each option in detail and answered all our questions. Every person we dealt with, without exception, spent the time we wanted or needed in order to make a decision - with no hassle or pressure. Pat Stanley and Liz Sampair personally went out to prep the Murano (cleaned inside and out, touched up some paint dings). Pat even programmed all the radio presets for us (6 AM, 6 FM1 and 6 FM2). He has GREAT taste in radio. I've never dealth with such a laid-back, satisfaction-oriented sales team. We don't buy cars often and everyone truely only wanted us to be happy with whatever purchase we made, if we, in fact, made a purchase. I didn't think that this kind of car shopping was possible. We looked at vehicles at a couple of other dealers. It was the standard, high-pressure tactics that we have all come to hate when car shopping. I was really turned off and not looking forward to continuing our search. THANK YOU WALSER!! THANK YOU FOR CARING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. THANK YOU FOR BEING THE KIND OF DEALERSHIP THAT MAKES CAR BUYING A PLEASURE. WE ARE VERY HAPPY!!
