Rebeca did a great job. She was getting back to me on her days off. I test-drove a lot of cars, and she knew about each of them. I appreciated her being proficient. I did want the Limited, but the off-road was a nice option and she called me as soon as one came in. Tanner did a nice job going over the features. Both were very nice and happy people. A huge concern I have is that I paid to have the car seal protected and I had to take my NEW car away from the dealership to home. Now after paying a lot of money to have, it protected I have to worry about what happens if it gets SCRATCHED or Dented after paying for this to protect it. The car should have stayed at the shop till it was completed. This was a disappointment and I hope there will not be challenges with scratches on my car. I did feel there was a hiccup in the communication with the car having this seal protector done before I picked it up. I did feel rushed in the purchasing process. Thank you! More

Came for an synthetic oil change with promotion of $45 for oil change. Did it, also did tire rotation. Everything was done less than an hour time. In mean time , also received video of multi point inspect for oil change. Did it, also did tire rotation. Everything was done less than an hour time. In mean time , also received video of multi point inspection which was really cool as i could see myself whats goin on. Only thing surprising was $129 bill . I was kind of amused . Tire rotation was about $29. Math really doesnt work out to me. But otherwise was smooth and good service in quick time. More
