Came in for routine maintenance and brought up a long standing suspension issue that made an annoying noise. The service writer took the issue seriously and had two master mechanics figure it out. I ordered a 2024 RAV4 hybrid and waited 3. 4 months to get it. It is so quiet that I can't even tell when the engine has started.
