The Walser car buying experience was awesome. I liked that I was greeted by a receptionist and offered water or coffee, then seated in a lounge and waited for my assigned salesmen(Keyla). We went over the information about the car I was about to buy and he offered to talk about financing options. I offered to pay cash, so I didn't need options. The car was brought around for me and I took a test drive. I loved the car and bought it. I signed the paper work and drove home. Easy Peezy! More
Though they seemed to have a very tight check in Process it went downhill from there. Not impressed. The vehicle purchasing process was quick, simple and staff was not pushy for the sale. Online e-signatures worked very well and made the process feel streamlined. They allowed me to work at my schedule and I didn’t feel rushed into the purchase. They did a great job working with a good value on my trade-in also. My vehicle was cleaned and washed when I took delivery. Sales staff helped schedule service with service department for one repair. I was kept up to date with my service request. I was informed when the part arrived and reminded when my scheduled service appointment would occur. I arrived shortly before my scheduled service appointment. I did attempt to check in online as instructed. Was unable to make the online check in work. Was assisted by Service Staff and told the online check in system is “a work in progress.” I believe the system will be fixed in the future. After checking in I was ushered to the waiting area . There were plenty of comfortable seating areas to use with charging ports for both phones if needed. Refreshments were available to drink and they had fresh popcorn as a snack. I was informed when my vehicle was finished with service via text message. Which was nice should I have wanted to leave for a short time. I went to pick up my vehicle and was provided an invoice with information on what service was completed and the cost incurred. I found my vehicle had been washed prior to pickup which was a nice touch. Repair was done well with only one minor issue. Technician had dirty or greasy hands when working on repair. Left small stain on headliner of vehicle. Believe this to be an isolated incident and don’t believe this should reflect on the Technician staff in general. In all the experience was very pleasant and staff are kind, caring and friendly. Would recommend this dealer for purchasing a vehicle. More

Brought my Tacoma in for oil change, tire rotation, and a whirling noise. Service had the dampener to solve the problem with the whirling noise. Waited 3 hours for the oil and rotate. Was informed they couldn't find all of the parts for the dampener. I waited 2 additional hours for them to tell me they would have to keep the truck to fix the noise. I asked if the truck would be completed on the following day. I was told my service adviser and the service technician both had the following day off and I would have to wait 2 days. I was given a loaner for free, big disappointment because I had plans for a trip that were put on hold. Not happy at all. More
