Everyone was prompt and courteous. The only issue that was weird is the glove compartment came open and would not shut. We were in the service center and should have said something. My tire popped on the road. They replaced two for $500. When I bought the car from Walser they sold me a tire replacement plan but it only covered $150! It would have been cheaper to go to discount tire and I would have had the same results without paying $1,000 for a plan that only helped me out for $150 on over priced tires. More
I would have given 5 stars, but I had my tires rotated and, if I take my hands off the steering wheel, the car moves to the right. My Dad taught me that, if tires are rotated correctly, the car will go st and, if I take my hands off the steering wheel, the car moves to the right.
