Too expensive. I only really needed oil change. Automated system at entry said my tires were not wearing evenly. The writer convinced me I should get a wheel assig I only really needed oil change. I did not feel listened to about the problem with the van and the service rep seemed to not believe the description of the problem, even when I said the van had had a similar problem a few years ago..
