Our sales member (Wes) was attentive and patient with all of our questions and did not pressure us into anything. He took the time to help us see and understand our different options with the vehicles we wer of our questions and did not pressure us into anything. After our purchase we had a great experience with Reggie getting to know our new vehicle. He was patient in showing all of the features and was excellent in explaining them in a way for us to understand. The atmosphere at the dealer was overall very positive. It was also refreshing to see the representation and diversity in their staff which is not often seen. I think this helps them to provide the best experience for any costumer that comes in. More

3rd vehicle purchased from this location in a dozen years. By far the worst experience. Previous two times worked with Sam Aldubol (probably wrong spelling) and he was great. The sales guy I worked with was nice but clearly did not know enough about the vehicle he was selling, I had to correct him when he said the vehicle had certain features and it did not. The sales managers were not much better. To add, I was never given the lug nut key for the wheels and when I called it was a “you have to come in so we can measure ”. Apparently they can’t mail it or even know what size so I can order one. This location is 30 minutes away from me so over an hour of my time to correct their mistake that they indicated I would need to pay for. I wanted to be loyal but probably won’t purchase from here again. More
