They also lost my key and fob during the service so I had to come back for a 3rd visit to get the replacement and then a 4th because they failed to mention that my backup fob needed to be synced at the same time. They are so busy and overworked that they are distracted and don't pay attention to details, like if the problem is actually fixed. More
Car arrived much sooner than expected. Devin was great. He went the extra distance and arranged to have the crossbars installed while we were doing the other paperwork. They could just as easily called the bank to verify balance in the account instead of the extra step of wire transfer. More

By the time the night was over I was scheduled the next day to test drive a Corolla, which I was having a hard time finding availability. Carina and all the people that I met and worked with helped me get my car that evening, even though it was closing time. Came in for routine maintenance and brought up a long standing suspension issue that made an annoying noise. The service writer took the issue seriously and had two master mechanics figure it out.
