I had an appointment at 4:20. I arrived at 4. It was kindly explained that my vehicle most likely would not be serviced before my appointment time. I understood, and was told my v I arrived at 4. It was kindly explained that my vehicle most likely would not be serviced before my appointment time. I understood, and was told my vehicle would be ready at 5:20, and I waited at the show room. Although the new show room is beautiful I did not that my vehicle was not ready until 6:10. I was not approached with an update until 5:45. This was the worst service I have had in the many years I have been bringing in my vehicles to Walser. More

BEWARE! Walser Toyota service is shady! Horn hasn’t worked on my 2016 4Runner for a couple of years. Finally took it to Walser Toyota to have it fixed. Was t Walser Toyota service is shady! Horn hasn’t worked on my 2016 4Runner for a couple of years. Finally took it to Walser Toyota to have it fixed. Was told there would be a $45 - $190 diagnostic charge which I agreed to. After diagnosing the problem I was told it would be $1,100 to fix the horn. I said no thanks. Diagnostic charge was $190 (shock), but even better there was an additional $30 charge for “shop fees”. When I got the vehicle back, none of the steering wheel buttons worked (cruise control, radio controls, etc). I was told “they probably would have stopped working soon anyway”. So I paid $220 for Walser Toyota to quote me $1,100 to fix my horn and break the rest of my steering wheel controls. Stay Away! More
Was notified plates were in on 6/7 and was asked if I wanted to pick up or have them mailed, requested they be mailed. 6/14 called in am and left voicemail letting them know I still had not received my wanted to pick up or have them mailed, requested they be mailed. 6/14 called in am and left voicemail letting them know I still had not received my plates and 21 day registration was expiring on 6/15. No one called me back by 2:30 so I called again and was told the plates were still there and asked if I wanted them mailed or to pick them up. I said I need them overnighted because the 21 day was expiring the next day. Plates were mailed, but I did not receive until 6/17. On 6/16, I received a text message asking how my car was, I told them the story and they told me they were sorry and someone would follow up with me today to make sure I got my plates. And with no surprise, no one has followed up with me today. I will not be coming back. More

Things were great when we went to check out the car. The day I came to pick up my new car, it was a pretty disappointing experience. The staff could have shown a little bit more energy and hospitality, especially when getting a car could be a very big purchase for someone, regardless of who that customer is, the car’s price, make, or models. I didn’t even hear a congratulation the day I picked up the car. I chose to buy my car at Walser because of their credibility and professionalism, but with the price, I expect a bit better customer service. More
