Took our 2022 corolla in for the 25,000 mile service. Told to go back home since we didn't need a tire rotation. The service requested light came on the next week and back we went. Need a car or any vehicle come no other place than this dealership. Why you may ask? Here is why. On Feb 27 20224, my car completely broke down on me, in a business parking lot and it was very cold outsid dealership. Why you may ask? Here is why. On Feb 27 20224, my car completely broke down on me, in a business parking lot and it was very cold outside(cold and I do not mix).. Anywho, Michael Wiggins, just happened to be in the same parking lot and assisted me with bags blowing in the wind. We talked for a few mins and I, explained what just happened with my car and I learned he work here at this dealership. I went back into the business to buy gloves and other items to try to stay warm for my walk home. I ran into Mr.Wiggins again and he went above and beyond to ensure that I would not freeze and made it home safely, by giving me a ride home. During the ride home, we talked some more and he understood that I was upset and now with a worry about no longer having a car or how quick I would get another one. He explain what he does and genuinely offer to help me. I never once felt that he was just a a sells person trying to sell me a car. Instead he proved to me that there are still great helpful people in the world and he would do anything in his power to help me. We exchange info and stayed up with each other until almost midnight emailing each other and doing the app and etc. Michael Wiggins did not have to do any of that as he was off the clock and also on his way home and got home. He went out his way to help me and get my family and I, in other car. I bought a car today and yes honestly it took a few hours with everything but it was so worth it because not once was I left alone for any amount of time just sitting around wondering what's going on. I actually was treated and felt like family in the dealership. Talking with everyone and laughing, that the time went unnoticed. I actually had fun there. Almost every employee interacted with me, made sure I was comfortable or needed anything. First time I ever got a loan for a car and Michael Wiggins was right there by my side and made sure I knew and understood everything that was going on. He was honest with me about the cars and thoroughly explained which one I should get and why and he also explained to me why he wouldn't suggest the other vehicles. He gave me a blue print. I never felt like oh he knows I need a car so he is just going to sell me anything. From past experience with buying cars Michael Wiggins truly proved me wrong and was shocked that he was actually hearing me and more than willing to help me and not us make a sell.
