Michael was very patient and helpful in letting us test-drive 4 vehicles, we ended up going back and purchasing the first one. We were dropped off our vehicle at 10am as we were asked to do. We were told the tech wouldn't be in until 12 (so why did we have to get there by 10?). We were told it would be done by 3. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was not greeted promptly. The fees for routine services are grossly inflated. $74 to replace a cabin air filter?
