The service itself was good. However, the waiting area was subpar compared to Walser Mazda. There was an exhaust smell that was constant. Walser Mazda does not. I bought my first Camry from Walser 22 years ago (brand new). When that car died recently and we were told what it would cost to fix the Camry, we decided not to repair it. I loved my Camry! Because we did not have a trade in, I was concerned about what I could afford. Beca was great in helping me/us find a car we could afford and like. I bought a new Corolla which I am expecting to last me another 20 years! (fingers crossed!) I love the Corolla! The buying process was easy. The protection package we purchased was easy to do too. The only thing I was disappointed in was that I was not contacted to set up an appointment to learn how to use all the bells and whistles in the new car. I had to reach out to Walser to make that happen. Once I did, I was contacted by Reggie right away and arranged the appointment. I am now excited to learn how to use all those bells and whistles! More
