Door guards were included in the price of my vehicle purchased a few weeks ago. The parts needed to be ordered in. I understood that I would be called when I could stop in and get them installed. Two weeks later I called to find out that the parts were in and no one bothered to reach out to me. I thought that after checking if the parts were received that someone would have called me to set up a time to come in and all I got was an email noting the parts are available. So apparently once the sale is made I will not get any contact from Walser Toyota unless I initiate it. This is my families 6th Toyota and the way this is going it may be my last. Also both my current vehicles have the Walser Extended Warranties which I am starting to think was a mistake for me to purchase. More

Came for an synthetic oil change with promotion of $45 for oil change. Did it, also did tire rotation. Everything was done less than an hour time. In mean time , also received video of multi point inspect for oil change. Did it, also did tire rotation. Everything was done less than an hour time. In mean time , also received video of multi point inspection which was really cool as i could see myself whats goin on. Only thing surprising was $129 bill . I was kind of amused . Tire rotation was about $29. Math really doesnt work out to me. But otherwise was smooth and good service in quick time. More
