Having shopped Walser on-line before heading up to the dealership, and speaking to Ashely prior to our arrival, we knew what we were interested in looking at. Upon arriving we were taken care of by David who showed us the car and went with us on our test drive of the '09 Highlander. I'm not overly impressed with the "no haggle" policy as I feel the sticker price could have easily been negotiable with another dealership. There were some obvious flaws in body and interior of the car we purchased. I know, it's a used car but I would have thought that Walser could have at least tried to buff out the scuff marks. I was very impressed by Mary in the business office. She stayed late to get our deal wrapped up. The following Monday, my husband received a call from Mary to let us know that we were accidentally over charged $399. She immediately corrected the issue and even went so far as to re-negotiate our interest rate with the bank on our loan. We eneded up getting a better deal than originally thought. Overall, it was a good experience. Just be prepared for a mad house if you shop Walser on a Saturday! More

Experience was great from the moment we walked in the door to the day we signed. We came into the dealership on a Tuesday and went over what we were looking for. We decided to go back on Saturday and with only an hour notice to Joel he was ready for us when we got there and did another test drive and then purchased it. When my fiance and I walked through the door of Walser we were greeted by the General Manager and he saw to it that we got assistance immediately and he put us in touch with Megan McDonough. Megan was personable, helpful, very down to earth and never pushy. She spent the next couple hours working with us until we thought we found "the one". When we changed our minds at the last minute and decided we wanted to come back on Monday and look at a few more options she didn't even bat an eye. She said she would meet us there as early as we wanted and it was HER DAY OFF! Her dedication to excellence was apparent because she wasn't willing to stop until we found the right fit. She worked with us again on Monday from 8:30am-3pm and never complained. We felt very taken care of. Once we purchased the vehicle they gave it a wash and it wasn't until then that we noticed a touch of rust near the wheel well. Megan made sure to alert management and they even offered to touch up that area for me at no cost. Mad props to Mark Rubey too as he gave us some great advice! Overall, we love the car and felt as though Walser and their staff knew how to make two first time car buyers feel comfortable and respected. They know how important a car purchase is and they were great mentors to us. More
