I went looking for a "new" car (used one) and Walser was on the top of my list as my previous car had been bought through them. As have all the current cars my family currently owns. They also a very good selection of new and used cars. Much larger than I have seen at other dealerships. So I was able to easily find what I was looking for. The prices there are quite comparable to other dealers and lower in some cases. Overall, I was very happy with my experience there. More

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Walser. I went to Luther Hyundai ready to buy and they spent so much time playing games, I walked out. I really appreciate the length that Scott and Tiffany went to help me get my Prius. I live over 50 miles away from the dealership and work almost 25 miles away so they worked with me to do alot of paper went to help me get my Prius. And once we engaged with Quentin Allen, the rest of the day went very well. Mr. Allen did everything he could to accommodate our questions and concerns. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and completely professional throughout the afternoon. We found a car that will suit our needs and were offered a very fair deal through a combination of price and trade-in. Our overall experience with Walser was first rate. I went in one night on a whim to see about trading in my 2006 Scion for a newer model. I talked with some sales people and became more familiar with the leasing process. I had a lot of questions about leasing and the staff really made me feel comfortable and excited about that option. I ended up trading in my car and leasing a new Scion. I got a great trade-in AND lower monthly payments. I was blown away by the customer service during my entire experience at Bloomington Toyota, especially of Megan. She went above and beyond to make my experience easy, fast & stress free. She even drove out to my work more then once for paperwork and last minute details when I wasn't able to get to the dealership during the week. She kept in contact with me a few times a day: by text, phone calls, and email. Bill was also very personable and friendly the night when I went in to retrieve my new car. I really liked him!! He was so sweet to me and very helpful. He wasn't in a rush, and I felt like I was the only customer they were taking care of. He explained everything to me about my new car, went over the manual, and escorted me to my car. These days it's hard to really feel like you've walked away and experienced great customer service and I was just so pleased. Everyone at Bloomington Toyota says hello, everyone wants to greet you, help you, and talk with you, sometimes it's like 4-5 people are helping you all at one time and you feel like royalty, no matter what you're in the market for.
