My experience with Walser started when I was searching for a used car online at cars.com. I found a car that I wanted to test drive and opted to send an IM to Walser. After taking the car out, Quentin worked diligently with me to make sure that we covered all the ins and outs of the sell. Brian and the rest of the staff were efficient, friendly, and not pushy. We had the 2yr old with us and had to work in "shifts" to finish the loan portion and the staff took it in stride and we never felt w and not pushy. I test drove the car I wanted, he answered thousand of my question and was very professional the whole time. I've enjoyed my experience a LOT and would recommend this dealership and this particular salesman to anyone. I've also worked with Kyle Donnay who did my loan application and felt like he was on top of things. I've even met the general manager of the store Tony Troussov who helped to resolve me the issue. Right after I drove home I've noticed a small dent on my door. I came back and Tony himself went outside to take a look at it, apologized and said that they will take care of it no problem. Like my son said we went for an oil change and left with a new car! We were wondering about our end of lease options for our Toyota that was also from Walser and can honestly say the transition was painles a new car!
