I have bought 2 cars from spike now and my parents have bought one from him as well. not only does spike make a normally painful experience, out of control fun. he is a groovy dude too! Both Katie and Brian were extremely helpful in helping us locate and purchase our new 2011 Highlander (4WD in Sizzling Crimson Mica + Tech Package + some aftermarkets). The trade in evaluation for our 2005 locate and purchase our new 2011 Highlander (4WD in Sizzling Crimson Mica + Tech Package + some aftermarkets). The trade in evaluation for our 2005 Sienna went very smoothly, and we received a price for the trade that we were both very happy with. We were also impressed with Toyota's availability of nice aftermarkets via an a-la-cart approach. Katie helped with narrowing down our choices and tailoring the vehice to our needs. After driving the vehicle for a couple of weeks we are still extremely happy with our purchase. We purchased our minivan at this dealership (old location) almost 7 years ago, and are glad we made the trip across town to work with Walser again. I would highly recommend these kind folks. More

Though my first choice didn't work out, I was incredibly happy with the service I received a week later when I was able to bring my new Rav 4 home. And as much I said I didn't really care about the color (just not brown), I'm glad they went with their gut and arranged for a red one, it suits me very well! More
