We did think it was pretty lame that we bought a near new $40,000+ car and there was only one key FOB, no owners manual and the FOB looked to be a simple replacement versus anything similar to the original FOB. We asked them to have the paper work ready for us to come in, sign and pay and it still took us nearly 2 hours. Too long. Lastly the car was supposed to be "detailed" but had mud in the wheel wells.
