GM put extra effort to get the car I wanted which was not expected but greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, car did not receive pre-delivery inspection before purchase. The pre acceptance check I did was in the parking lot at dusk during mixed precipitation with the vehicle parked between a service truck and someone else looking to purchase a car. Lighting was minimal. During application I requested a 5 year loan, but loan was processed as a 6 year loan. Also, I had put a 500 dollar deposit on vehicle but fortunately noticed I was never credited with for the deposit. More

I was extremely disappointed the multiple scratches on a 3000 mile 2023 could not have been repaired over a 2 week period of time even though i truly believed my salesperson tried.
