Brutal customer service. Only reason I stayed is due to the vehicle I wanted was there. Alec the sales guy was so bad, did not know anything about the vehicle. I purchased my Toyota from Walser many years ago and have returned occasionally for major service issues. This last visit went poorly, over $3k spent and the stuttering issue wasn't fixed, plus they lost my returned occasionally for major service issues. This last visit went poorly, over $3k spent and the stuttering issue wasn't fixed, plus they lost my key and fob. They did troubleshoot the issue again for no additional charge, and it appeared to be fixed for a few days, but the stuttering returned again intermittently within a week. I also found that when they replaced my key fob, it made my old one stop working. It's annoying to have to return a third time for the same issue and to reprogram my fob. The service department does not appear to have the attention to detail they used to, as I never had an issue with them previously. At least my service representative made an effort to make it right, but in the end it wasn't enough. I'm going back to my local Bobby and Steve's repair shop next time. More
