Hello, Team Walser Toyota! I just drove through the service area after my light on the dashboard was blinking. Right away, someone put the air in my tires, but I was told that I just drove through the service area after my light on the dashboard was blinking. Right away, someone put the air in my tires, but I was told that I'd need to have my car analyzed to see if I need 1-4 sensors replaced. My car is 2014 Toyota Camry. David helped me to book an appointment, however I showed up 30-min earlier on the appointment, so Jason checked in for me and realized a very important thing. He noticed that I have an extra warrantee, so some parts may be covered, etc. Jason booked me for a complementary Lyft ride to my house, and David called me later about how things were going without realizing that I have an extra warrantee that might save my expenses. He immediately connected with the warrantee company and got approved to replace all of them!! I called in to check up on the process, and Emily who previously helped me for an oil change made me feel comfortable to know that David would call me later when my car is done. He called me to mentioned that my car would be done by the end of closing time, but I asked to get it done by 7pm since I dropped off at 11:30am. David arranged to get it done by 5pm with the mechanics, and he immediately booked a complementary Lyft ride when it was done to pick.me up from my house. I was so happy and bragged about how your company Walser Toyota Bloomington has been taking care of me more than 10 years since I bought my 2-year old used car while I was getting a ride by Lyft driver. He was very impressed!! Finally, when I arrived there, there was no single charge to fix my 4 sensors!! My car will be good to go for another 8 years or so. I will keep recommending your company among my friends, and your team is a dream team that exceeded my expectation with such a excellent team player! Thanks again! - Eriko Grill More

Drake was great to work with and kept a pro-active communication with me throughout the process. I had a larger repair (over $4k) and he was able to get me some discounts.
