I was called that it was complete after five hours. Also, on the first call it was told the "out the door" price was $1,009. At the dealership they said I should get alignment as well, another $145.. Just tell me up front, I felt like I was being upsold at the point of sale. More

It “just so happened” that my car was suddenly ready. There was no record of the CarPlay you installed for me a couple years ago, so you couldn’t fix the issue with that. Bluetooth was fixed and I ended it not getting charged, likely because it took so long. I probably would’ve sat there for 5 hours without someone telling me my car was done. A very poor experience.
